PRACTICE FACILITY
If your game needs improvement or you simply want to warm up prior to play take advantage of Coosaw Creekâs complete practice facility. Our recently renovated practice facility provides you with a large, natural grass practice area which is covered with Bermuda grass during the warm season and overseeded with rye for the winter months. During extremely wet times or downtimes (such as during overseeding), we utilize an artificial turf hitting area to provide a user-friendly surface to work on your game. Yardages are are available to all of our targets flags and short game area via smart devices utilizing the AccuRange app.
Additionally, we have also installed a new short-game practice green built to the same specifications and utilizing Mini-Verde ultra dward bermudas grass as our Championship course greens. This new green is surrounded by a 360 degree practice area featuring mounds, different length grasses and a large practice bunker. This new practice ares can be utilized to hone your short game skills ti practicing chips, pitches, bunker shots and specialty shots. A water station is conveniently located at the range for players to quench their thirst and to stay hydrated during long practice sessions. After practice you can transition to the practice putting green to prepare for a round on the ever-challenging Arthur Hills design course here at Coosaw Creek.
